This is the best blue hair colour so far. It gives a beautiful deep vibrant colour. I have very dark brown / black hair and have sections stripped out then use Royal Navy Adore Semi Permanent hair colour over the top. As a result my hair is dark brown / black with amazing vibrant blue. Just beautiful.
