User Obligations and Rules
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Access, tamper with or use non-public or non-authorised areas of the Site. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution
- Tamper with postings and/or login accounts and information of other users
- Solicit or gather any user's information available from the Site, such as other users' names and email addresses, for any commercial or business purposes
- To transmit any unsolicited advertising, i.e. "spam".
- Do anything which would create or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden or load on the Site
- Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Post false or misleading information about a product
- Post or transmit any Content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks or rights of publicity or privacy
- Post or transmit any Content that is unlawful, untrue, fraudulent, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, tortious, threatening, pornographic, harmful (including but not limited to viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs), overly disparaging or deprecating of Bellezza Australia or other users or otherwise objectionable
- Repeat any action after you receive warning or request to desist from Bellezza Australia, whether or not that action is explicitly stated in policies. This includes continuing to use Bellezza Australia service under the same account, a different account or reregistering under a new account after your membership has been temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended or terminated.
- Do not fail to respond to an email from Bellezza Australia regarding violation, dispute or complaint penalties
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Bellezza Australia will not replace products based on wrong colour selection if product has been used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Bellezza Australia will dispatch all orders by the following business day after an order is placed, unless products are out of stock.

Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearence is the recipents responsibility. UNfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.
It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Loss or Damage
Bellezza Australia will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

The Customer agrees that:
(i) All payments for Products and Services must be made to Bellezza Australia in accordance with the method of payment outlined on Bellezza Australia website at the time of purchase.
(ii) Any dispute regarding payment must be advised to Bellezza Australia within seven (7) days of purchase.
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that:
(i) Bellezza Australia reserves the right to refuse sale of Products to any Customer without reason.
(ii) The Customer is aware that Products must be stored at room temperature, as exposure to high or low temperatures may cause significant change to the Product, rendering it unsuitable for its intended use.
(iii) Bellezza Australia their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or agents do not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products and/or Services or as to the accuracy, reliability, suitability or content of the Products and/or Services.
(iv) Bellezza Australia products may not be suitable for all persons:
a. Bellezza Australia recommends conducting a patch test of the proposed Products on Customers, especially in the event that the Customer is a first time user of New makeup Products;
b. If it is known that a Customer suffers from sensitive skin it is advised that the customer undertake a patch test/
Risk in the Products
(a) Bellezza Australia does not accept responsibility for any loss or other detriment arising by reason of any theft, loss or damage to, or otherwise concerning any property belonging to the Customer.
(b) Further to clause 8.1, the Customer accepts upon delivery or collection of the Products all risk for loss or damage to the Products whether caused by the Customer or not, and the Customer indemnifies The makeup king against all claims, demands, suits and actions for loss or damage caused by or arising from the handling, transport, storage, display, installation, neglect or use of the Products after the Customer has taken possession of the Products. Risk in the Products will remain with the Customer at all times unless The makeup King retakes possession of the Products in accordance with our returns policy.
