COVID Shipping Update


**Please note that due to ongoing COVID restrictions our carrier partners are experiencing significant parcel processing delays, you can expect an average delay of 3-6 days beyond the normal delivery times for your area.

Please be kind and treat our staff with respect. We do understand that it could be frustrating as we work together through delays due to the current lockdowns and border closures, however this is out of our control and our staff are doing their best to assist you in tracking your parcel.

We are still here and open for business. We want to thank you for your continued support and ongoing business through these challenging times. Firstly we would like to let you all know that we are still shipping orders as usual.

Orders are available for shipping and click and collect from our Tullamarine and Richmond Showroom whilst maintaining strict sanitation methods and social distancing.

Please note that We're doing our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible due to the increased volume of orders by our carrier partners there is a slight delay with parcels arriving to our customers. This is due to courier services having restricted staff and an increased demand of parcels flowing through. 






Orders, must be placed before 1pm to ensure time to pick and pack order for courier pick up. Next Day delivery means from time of pick up and not time of order placed. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched. Our average time currently is 24 hours.


What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?


Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.


Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. For Victorian addresses who have nominated Australia Post Express as their delivery service, your parcel may be delivered on a Saturday.


Tracking parcels with Australia Post:

1. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email titled 'Your Bellezza Australia Pty Ltd Order Has Been Updated

2. You can click on the tracking number which will take you through to Australia Post's tracking portal or you can enter the number here:

Tracking Parcels with Couriers Please

1. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email titled 'Your Bellezza Australia Pty Ltd Order Has Been Updated. Your tracking number will be listed in this email.

2. You can click on the tracking number in this email. This will take you through to the tracking page where you can keep an eye on the progress of your order. Or simply visit and enter your tracking number

What happens when a product is out of stock?

We currently hold stock over two warehouses so generally we have our stock on hand. However If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock. We usually have a shipment each week from our suppliers so waiting times are minimal.

This will be reflected in your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
