Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Blue Panther™ is a powerful, deep sapphire blue built for dramatic, high-impact colour results. On pre-lightened hair it reveals a rich, jewel-toned finish with commanding depth and intensity.

This semi-permanent dye is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free, providing bold pigment while keeping hair soft, smooth, and conditioned.

Blue Panther™ is ideal for midnight tones, rich blue-blacks, bold colour blocking, or crafting cooler custom blends. 

HOW TO USE

For the richest results, lighten hair first. If colour contacts eyes, rinse immediately.

For deep blue vibrancy, lighten to level 8–10.

1. Cleanse hair with clarifying shampoo.

2. Skip conditioner.

3. Dry completely.

4. Apply dye evenly.

5. Comb through.

6. Cover with a plastic cap.

7. Apply heat.

8. Leave for 30–45 minutes.

9. Rinse and style.
