Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Divine Wine is a rich, velvety burgundy shade that blends deep red and plum undertones for a luxurious wine-inspired finish. On pre-lightened hair, it produces a full-bodied, multidimensional merlot tone with intense depth.

The gentle formula is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free, providing bold saturation while maintaining softness, shine, and overall hair health.

Divine Wine is perfect for seductive reds, berry blends, deep jewel tones, and autumn-inspired colour work. 

HOW TO USE

For rich wine-red results, lighten hair to a medium or pale blonde before applying. Colour will be deeper on darker bases.

For maximum burgundy vibrancy, lift hair to level 7–10.

1. Wash hair using a clarifying shampoo.

2. Do not condition.

3. Dry hair completely.

4. Apply dye evenly from roots to ends.

5. Comb through to saturate fully.

6. Cover hair with a plastic cap.

7. Apply gentle heat during processing.

8. Leave on for 30–45 minutes.

9. Rinse, dry, and style.
