MANIC PANIC CLASSIC HIGH VOLTAGE 118ML - ELECTRIC LIZARD™

Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Electric Lizard™ is a radioactive neon green with an electric, high-energy glow. On pre-lightened hair, it bursts into a vibrant UV-reactive lime tone that commands attention.

This bold formula is vegan, PPD-free, ammonia-free, and peroxide-free, providing intense colour saturation while leaving hair soft and manageable.

Electric Lizard™ is perfect for neon greens, reptilian blends, UV hair art, or mixing with yellows and blues. 

HOW TO USE

Lift hair to a pale blonde for the truest neon green. Colour will be darker on unbleached or darker bases.

For highlighter-green payoff, lighten to level 9–10.

1. Use clarifying shampoo to cleanse hair.

2. Skip conditioner.

3. Dry hair fully.

4. Spread colour evenly.

5. Comb to fully saturate hair.

6. Cover hair with a cap.

7. Apply gentle heat.

8. Leave on 30–45 minutes.

9. Rinse and finish styling.
