How To:
Flash Lift has a variable mixing ratio, ranging from 1:1 to 1:2. In a non metallic bowl, use the calibrated Flash Lift scoop to measure 1 oz. of lightener with either: 30ml of developer for the perfect 1:1 ratio (ideal for open air, freehand techniques). 60ml of developer for a 1:2 ratio (ideal for on-scalp techniques, allows easy of spreadability for full head foils and ombre techniques).
