Redken Power 9 Bonder Inside is an all-in-one bonder and lightener powder. This new formula gives you up to 9 levels of lift with built-in bonding technology to break through red, orange, and yellow undertones while protecting the hair against breakage and damage. Lighten and protect in 1 step!
How To:
PREPARATION: • Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications. BALAYAGE AND/OR FREE HAND TECHNIQUES - Mix Ratio 1:1 - Pro-Oxide Developer 10, 20, 30, 40 volume maximum HIGHLIGHTS IN FOILS - Mix Ratio 1:1-1:5 - Pro-Oxide Developer 10, 20, 30, 40 volume maximum ON-SCALP APPLICATIONS - Mix Ratio 1:2 - Pro-Oxide Developer 10, 20, 30; Do not use 40 volume. • Wear suitable disposable gloves. • Mix product in a well-ventilated area. • Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved. APPLICATION AND RINSING: • Wear suitable disposable gloves. • Do not let product run onto scalp. • Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc). • Rinse hair well after development time. FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS: When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 8079, 20um, or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573-3). Not using the recommended foils may lead to unwanted results.
