The SCHWARZKOPF BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ & 6% (20 Volume) Developer Duo Set exceeded my expectations. It lifted my natural hair from approximately Level 2 to Level 8–9 in a single session, which meant I didn’t need multiple rounds of bleaching and helped minimise damage. For reference, if your starting hair is as dark as mine (around Level 2) and your goal is a clean Level 10 blonde, you will likely need a second bleaching session. However, if your natural hair is lighter (e.g. Level 5 or above), one session may be sufficient depending on your hair history and desired shade. In my experience, this product lifts very effectively while causing the least damage compared with any other bleach I’ve used before. It was also the most comfortable bleaching product I’ve ever used—there was very little scalp irritation, and the application process was straightforward, even for home use. After washing, my hair felt surprisingly healthy and remained in great condition. I was also very impressed with the fast delivery and excellent customer service.
